Ross
Ross is the drummer for Spiral Six and first picked up a pair of drumsticks aged 11. After losing a 'lucky draw' for tuition, his enthusiasm - or annoying persistence - landed him free lessons and he tapped through to Grade 8.
He has played various styles from rock to jazz, instrumental fusion to Northumberland ceilidh, and has many influences including Dave Matthews Band, Paul Simon, the Police and Jamiroquai. His favourite though has to be that 'phat' James Brown funky beat.
Knows all about predictability as he works as a meteorologist.
